Fabada Asturiana - Asturian Stew

Fabada Asturiana, often simply known as fabada, is a rich Asturian butterbean stew, lacón pork shoulder, pancetta or bacon, morcilla, chorizo, olive oil, sweet paprika, garlic and salt. originally from the autonomous community of Principality of Asturias, but widely available throughout the whole of Spain. It is commonly served as a starter, typically served with Asturian cider or a red wine.
