Flamenquines de res desnudos - "Naked" rolled Beef and Ham

Our Flamenquines are made with very finely sliced beef instead of the traditional pork, they are rolled with ham, and a carrot or sometimes asparagus or celery then stewed for five hours in tomato sauce with Sicilian peppers. They are not breaded and fried, therefore they are "desnudos" or naked.
