Morcilla Iberica

Fermin Morcilla Iberica is made using only Ibérico pork products following a traditional recipe from the province of Salamanca. The Iberico pork meat is mixed with fresh pumpkin, onions, smoked paprika and oregano creating a very rich but mild morcilla. It is perfect grilled until crispy and amazing with a slice of fresh bread and fried eggs.
