Papas Rellenas - Stuffed Potato Balls

Originally from Barcelona, have been adopted by Latin America as their own. You find versions in Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Peru to name a few. Mashed potatoes are formed into a pouch, then stuffed with minced meat, an closed in the shape of a ball, breaded and fried to crispy goodness.
